(Junior) Buying Administration Controller (m/f)

We offer a fantastic opportunity in our Buying-Team as (Junior) Buying Administration Controller (m/f) based in Aschheim / Munich.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Order entry in our ERP-system for all brands and administration of the relevant documents (e.g. order confirmation, invoices)
  • Check all documents for correctness and completeness and request additional information if needed
  • Main contact person for brands regarding the after-buy-process
  • Internal link between logistics concerning delivery date coordination as well as securing quality standards are met
  • Administration of all brand information
  • Invoice management in cooperation with our Finance team
  • Close cooperation with our travel buying team

What we are looking for:

  • Graduation in the field of Fashion Management or similar
  • Initial work experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a self-organised and structured way of working
  • Very good excel skills as well analytical skills
  • Excellent English language skills, German would be a plus

(Junior) Customs Coordinator (m/f)

We are currently searching for a (Junior) Customs Coordinator (m/f) to join our Logistics team in Aschheim / Munich.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Management of international export shipments
  • Creation of all essential export and customs documents in the customs clearance system ATLAS
  • Monitoring compliance with country and export regulations
  • Monthly report to the Federal Statistical Office (INTRASTAT)
  • Obtaining confirmations of arrival / supplier declarations
  • Classification of goods by commodity nomenclature
  • Operational processing and customs clearance of import shipments

What we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
  • Initial work experience within the scope of export and import
  • Experience in handling the customs clearance system ATLAS as well as ERP systems
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility

Your key responsibilities:

  • Continued development of innovative and inspirational new topics for our homepage, editorial and newsletters
  • Creation of and setting standards in MarthaLouisa’s tone of voice
  • Copywriting, from catchy headlines to designer biographies and detailed trend reports
  • Content planning in close cooperation with our Design and Retail & Merchandising team
  • Copywriting support of internal departments (Online Marketing, Advertorials, Newsletter etc.)

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in copywriting in a fashion environment, ideally in E-commerce
  • Strong experience in the fashion industry, extensive knowledge of trends, brands, fashion terminology and luxury fashion in general
  • Excellent written English; developing and maintaining the English tone of voice
  • Fluent German writing skills would be a plus
  • Experience with CMS and online backend systems

Your key responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively within the design team to create seamless user experience and outstanding creative content across our website

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstration of a portfolio with best practice digital design across multiple platforms

  • Prototyping experience in tools such as Invision, Principle, proto.io etc. is a bonus as well as App design experience is a plus
  • Awareness of current trends in both digital and design landscapes as well as luxury industry
  • Eye for photography, art direction, typography and layout, with great appreciation for simple, image-rich, usable interfaces

What we are looking for:
