Business Intelligence Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Intelligence Manager (m/f) to join our teams in Aschheim / Munich.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain of the BI reporting structure
  • Building an efficient data architecture to set standards for the future
  • Creation and customization of various queries upon internal requests to maximize operational efficiency
  • Analysis of requirements and Translating numbers into decision papers
  • Processing of ad-hoc inquiries
  • Act as an Inhouse Consultant regarding all BI relevant topics

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an eCommerce environment

Your key responsibilities:

  • Order entry in our ERP-system for all brands and administration of the relevant documents (e.g. order confirmation, invoices)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented junior-level English Copy Editor (m/f) to join our brand-new in-house Editorial team in Aschheim / Munich.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Writing product descriptions for shoes and footwear accessories from our portfolio of 70+ designer brands
  • Assisting with copy for marketing purposes, including homepage updates, onsite editorials and newsletters
  • Developing and maintaining the English tone of voice, following but expanding on in-house style guides, and become an expert within specialist terminology and technical information
  • Daily copy uploads
  • Responsibility for quality assurance checks and feeding back queries and inaccuracies to the team in a clear, professional manner
  • Support of our Creative department at large with ad-hoc duties as requested

We are currently searching for a (Junior) Customs Coordinator (m/f) to join our Logistics team in Aschheim / Munich.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Management of international export shipments
  • Creation of all essential export and customs documents in the customs clearance system ATLAS
  • Monitoring compliance with country and export regulations
  • Monthly report to the Federal Statistical Office (INTRASTAT)
  • Obtaining confirmations of arrival / supplier declarations
  • Classification of goods by commodity nomenclature
  • Operational processing and customs clearance of import shipments

What we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
  • Initial work experience within the scope of export and import
  • Experience in handling the customs clearance system ATLAS as well as ERP systems
