If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 28 days, free of charge. The return is to be carried out by the same shipping partner used for the original delivery and needs to be sent from the country that the shipment was originally sent to.

You either have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email, a fax, a letter by post, or over the phone. We recommend that you use our cancellation form template. After sending us your cancellation form, please return your items.

Otherwise your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 28 days.

Please be aware that all returned items must be in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all tags still attached. Hosiery and socks cannot be returned, once taken out of the (sealed) packaging.

Should shoes show any sign of wear or not be returned in the original shoebox, we have the right to reject your return. We therefore kindly ask you to try on footwear on a soft, carpeted surface only.


  • Add your completed returns form to the box.
  • Attach the returns label to the outside of the box.
  • Have the courier pick up the box or drop it off yourself.

For returns within Germany:
DHL Standard – drop off the parcel at your nearest post office
DHL Express – arrange for a pick up
UPS – arrange for a pick up or drop off at a UPS access point

All other countries: fill out the pro-forma invoices as necessary;
DHL Express – arrange pick-up (MarthaLouisa’s account number: 969722889)
UPS – arrange pick-up or leave parcel at UPS access point

For DDP deliveries, the amount corresponding to sales taxes, import fees and customs duties will be fully refunded. Please note that for DDU deliveries, customs duties, sales tax on imports as well as handling costs that were charged to you by the shipping agent cannot be refunded.

As soon as your parcel arrives at our premises, you will be notified by email. It may, however, take up to a few days for the refund to be visible on your bank statement, depending on your credit card and/or bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this process, so please contact your credit card representative if you require further information.
